Important: This document is provided to you for your convenience and it is not legaly binding.

When you add credit to your account this credit is saved in a protected account ready to be used at any time,

If you have unpaid bills and do not cancel your service we are allowed to your credit to pay those invoices.

If you want to get your money back you can do so by opening a ticket. Please note that this can take up to 30 days and that 10% of the credit will be held as a services fee.
